Motul 7100 4T 20W50 is a synthetic multi-grade oil with high-quality ester components and special additives for gear lubrication. Suitable for high performance bikes, sport bikes, road machines, trail, off road bikes, enduro, trial, quad, scooters etc. with 4T engines with or without integrated gearbox, wet or dry clutch. Also for engines that meet the Euro-2 or Euro-3 requirements.
Advantages:
- Low traction coefficient of the ester components reduces friction losses and improves the overall performance
- In conjunction with the additive package, ester components improve the shear strength, wear protection and the service life of the engine and transmission. This is documented with the outstanding FZG (Research Center for Gears and Gear Manufacturing) test result of the damage load level> 14 FLS (Failure Load Stage). The smaller the value e.g. 1 FLS the lower the wear protection, the higher the value e.g. > 14 FLS, the better the wear protection of the transmission. This test can be used to determine whether an adequate lubricating film thickness between the gears ensures reliable operation of the transmission
